If you’ve ever twisted your ankle, or pulled a muscle you know the soreness and pain that can accompany the injury.
In my experience, I’ve found that the very best way to reduce inflammation and recover quickly from minor sprains and bruising is a two step process.
Step one: Inflammation Reduction!
I’ve driven this “Magic Mud” and recipe to countless people after football games and sports practices when I hear a player’s had an injury. These products are the best tools for a speedy recovery, I recommend keeping them on hand to get your athletes (or yourself!) back on the playing field faster than ever.
What you will need:
Here’s how to mix and apply:
In a small container, add a Tablespoon of Aztec Clay and mix in Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar until you have a thick paste that can be painted on the inflamed area (If you don’t have a brush, you may apply with your fingers).
2. Leave on the area till the mixture is completely dry.
3. Wipe off with a warm, damp cloth.
4. Repeat every hour until swelling is gone.
5. To prevent the return of inflammation, apply ice to the area once the swelling has been removed.
Don’t like the smell of Apple Cider Vinegar? Use water instead. It’s not as powerful but it will still do the trick. Mixing with water is a good option for treating the face if you have sensitive skin.
Just think….Opposites cancel each other out. This green clay will wipe out the redness of inflammation and restore that balance in your system. Go Green!
Here’s to your speedy recovery. On to Step Two: Repairing the tissues!
